On your computer, without a bot
Evidia Desktop notices when a call starts in Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, WhatsApp and other apps, and asks whether to record. It captures the call's sound and your microphone. Nobody new joins the meeting.
Evidia records your meetings, writes up the decisions and follow-ups — each linked to the moment it was said — and remembers it all, so your next meeting starts where the last one left off.
Free plan includes 5 hours of meetings a month. No credit card needed.

Evidia keeps every meeting, and shows you exactly where each detail came from.
Ask Evi
Evi answers from every meeting you and your team have recorded, and shows exactly where each part of the answer came from. If the evidence isn't there, Evi says so instead of guessing.
Each part of an answer links to the meeting, speaker and moment it came from.
If your meetings don't contain the answer, Evi tells you rather than filling the gap.
Evi only answers from meetings you have access to. Anything else stays out of the answer.
Every meeting after
Each meeting you record joins the ones before it, and the ones your colleagues record. So a promise made in one meeting stays in view until it's done.
Once you've reviewed a meeting, its action items join the rest, with an owner and a due date.
When a later meeting brings an action item up again — even one you weren't in — Evidia links it to the original instead of starting a new one.
When someone marks it done, everyone can see who closed it, and it no longer shows up as open before your next meeting.

Recording
Evidia fits the way you already meet, and only joins a call when you ask it to.
Evidia Desktop notices when a call starts in Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, WhatsApp and other apps, and asks whether to record. It captures the call's sound and your microphone. Nobody new joins the meeting.
Away from your desk? Paste a Teams, Zoom or Google Meet link, or let Evidia join from your Google or Outlook calendar. The notetaker joins the call as a visible participant.
Meeting in person? Record with your laptop's microphone, straight from the browser.
Already recorded it? Upload audio or video up to 500 MB.
When you record from your computer or browser, Evidia reminds you to get everyone's agreement first.
Evidia MCP
Connect Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT or another app that supports MCP. Ask about a meeting where you're already working, and every answer points back to the moment it came from.
Trust
Meetings hold some of the most sensitive things your organisation says. Evidia keeps each one inside clear boundaries, and leaves the final word with people, not the AI.
What Evidia writes starts as a suggestion. Someone confirms, edits or rejects it, and it never overwrites what you wrote yourself.
Your workspace sees the meetings shared with it. Private notes stay yours until you share them, and Evi only answers from meetings you have access to.
Each organisation's data is kept apart by the database itself, with row-level security — not just hidden in the interface.
Your meetings are stored, transcribed and analysed on infrastructure in the EU, and encrypted on their way there.
We publish what's in place and what's still in progress — no badges we haven't earned.
Can't find your answer? We'll walk you through Evidia and answer your questions.
Only if you want it to. With Evidia Desktop for Mac and Windows, Evidia records the call from your computer and nobody new joins the meeting. If you'd rather not be at your desk, you can send Evidia's notetaker to a Teams, Zoom or Google Meet call instead.
Evidia Desktop recognises calls in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, WhatsApp, Slack and other apps, and you can choose any app that's playing a call. You can also record in-person meetings in the browser or upload an existing recording.
Evidia starts processing the recording as soon as you stop, then adds the transcript, notes and action items to the meeting as each one is ready. You review the action items before they become follow-up.
Yes. Meetings are shared with everyone in your workspace by default, so Ask Evi, preparation briefs and action items build on the whole team's meetings. Evi only draws on meetings each person has access to, and you can share a single meeting outside your workspace with a secure link.
There's a free plan with 300 transcription minutes a month — about 5 hours of meetings — and no credit card required. Paid plans add unlimited transcription and a monthly AI allowance.
