By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.

2. Services

Evidia provides a meeting-intelligence platform for financial advisors in the insurance sector. Our services include audio recording transcription and AI-assisted summaries and drafts that support the advisor's own review of client meetings. Regulatory compliance and financial advice remain the responsibility of the advisor. Service levels and pricing are defined in separate service agreements. In case of conflict, those agreements prevail.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is owned by Evidia B.V. or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Our AI models, drafting and summarisation technology, and platform technology are proprietary. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute content without prior written permission.

5. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and use it solely to provide services. You agree to treat our proprietary information and proposals as confidential.

6. Disclaimers

Our site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that recommendations will meet specific outcomes or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evidia B.V. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or use. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for regulatory compliance outcomes or financial advice decisions made using our platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evidia B.V. and its personnel from any claims and expenses arising from your use of the platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws and regulations, including WFT requirements.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts in the Netherlands have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected in Trust Centre publication status and notified where required. Continued use after applicable changes constitutes acceptance.
