AI Memory Governance

Evidia treats generated knowledge as something that must stay inspectable, reviewable, and tied back to source evidence.

Grounded, not generated from nothing

Shared memory should be grounded in accessible meeting evidence. When a fact, decision, or action item is surfaced, it carries a link back to the conversation that produced it — so a reviewer can always check the source rather than trust a summary blindly.

Scoped to where it belongs

Memory retrieval is bounded by workspace. A query only reaches the memory a caller's active workspace is entitled to see — enforced in the data layer, not just in the UI. Cross-boundary leaks are a security failure, not a feature.

Reversible and reviewable

Generated knowledge carries clear status and remains reversible. Outputs are assistive: a human reviews and approves before anything is treated as decided or shared. Audit trails record who approved what and when.

Your rights over generated knowledge

Because memory derives from your meetings, you can inspect, correct, and remove it under the same rights that apply to the underlying data. See the Privacy Policy for how to exercise those rights.
