The third parties who process data on our behalf. This register is in review — provider facts are confirmed before each entry is treated as final.
Draft Draft documentation — pending company registration
These documents are working drafts. The legal entity (Evidia B.V.), its Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number, VAT number, and some operational details are not yet finalised. Once registration is complete and legal review concludes, every document here will be reissued as final. Until then, treat them as accurate descriptions of intent, not binding terms.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with carefully selected processors bound by data processing agreements. Usage is constrained by product purpose, organisational configuration, and contractual obligations.
Recall.ai (Hyperdoc Inc.)
- Purpose
- Meeting bot that joins online meetings (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) to capture audio for transcription and advisor review.
- Processing location
- Meeting recordings processed in EU-region infrastructure where configured; account, billing, and operational metadata may be processed outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards.
Transcription providers (Deepgram Inc., Soniox Inc.)
- Purpose
- Converting meeting audio into text with speaker identification, for downstream advisor review.
- Processing location
- Audio content processed in EU-region data centres where configured; account and usage metadata may be processed outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards.
EU-based AI providers
- Purpose
- Summaries, action items, and AI-assisted drafts derived from transcripts for advisor review.
- Processing location
- EU-region infrastructure. Provider set is environment-dependent and published only when backed by active configuration and contractual evidence.
Hosting, storage, and identity
- Purpose
- Compute, object storage, relational database, and authentication (OpenID Connect via Google and Microsoft 365).
- Processing location
- European Union. Provider and residency disclosures are updated only after legal and operational verification.
Changes to this list
We notify customers of new sub-processors in advance, as defined in the Data Processing Agreement. We will not state a provider is EU-only, or that this list is final, before those facts are legally confirmed.
